 This candle is named after Taytu Betul. Taytu was the penultimate empress of Ethiopia. As an empress, she was the most powerful woman in the country at her time. She was hailed as the Light of Ethiopia due to her strategic war planning that enabled the Ethiopian army to defeat a Western army.
